At MinjiGoli, we take great care to ensure every floral arrangement and setup meets our high standards. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds on floral products.
However, if there is an issue with your order—such as damaged items, incorrect arrangements, or missing components—please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or setup. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
Please note:
– Colours and flower types may vary slightly due to seasonal availability.
– Once flowers are delivered or set up, we are not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue conditions, or handling by others.
– Cancellations for event bookings must be made at least 14 days in advance for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
