Delivery Times
– Daily flower deliveries are made between 10am and 6pm.
– Event setups are scheduled ahead of time, and we will coordinate timing with you directly.

Same-Day Delivery
– Same-day delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
– We recommend placing your order at least one day in advance to avoid disappointment.

Recipient Availability
– Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
– If no one is available, flowers may be left in a safe place or returned to us. Redelivery fees may apply.
