Terms of service

By placing an order with MinjiGoli, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment
– A deposit is required to confirm event bookings.
– Full payment must be made before delivery or setup.
– Prices may vary depending on flower availability and design changes.

2. Cancellations & Changes
– Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the event for a partial refund.
– Deposits are non-refundable.
– Any changes to orders must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event or delivery.

3. Flower Substitutions
– Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We may substitute blooms of equal value and style without notice.

4. Delivery & Setup
– We deliver locally within Newcastle.
– It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
– For event setups, we will coordinate access times with you in advance.

5. Damage & Liability
– Once flowers are delivered or set up, MinjiGoli is not responsible for damage caused by weather, venue conditions, or handling by others.
– We take care during setup and pack down but are not liable for issues beyond our control.

6. Use of Photos
– We may take photos of our floral work for promotional use unless you request otherwise in writing.
